Sandy gave us an accurate time for the service call and even called to say when the service technicians were en route. Jeff and Alfredo were patient and answered all of our questions and were obviously well qualified. We will not only use this company for all our future needs but will highly recommend Ideal to anyone in need of their services. Our experience was all positive and we felt the bill was fair.
